Is my payment secure? +
Yes — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, India's most trusted gateway. We never see your card details. You can pay via UPI, credit/debit card or netbanking.
How much is the Porter delivery fee? +
Porter delivery is approximately ₹400–600 depending on your location in Bangalore. You pay this directly to the Porter rider on delivery — we don't collect it.
How long does delivery take? +
We build and dispatch within 4-6 working hours of your booking. Porter delivery is usually same-day or next-day once dispatched.
What if the pallet arrives damaged? +
WhatsApp or email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice, no questions asked.
Can I order a custom size? +
Yes! Select "Custom Size" in the order form and mention your dimensions in the notes. For custom orders we'll email you a confirmed price before charging anything.
What type of wood is used? +
We use treated pine or sheesham wood — sanded smooth, solid joints, no warping. Exact type shown in product photos and videos.
Is assembly required? +
Pallets are delivered mostly assembled or in simple panels. No special tools needed — instructions included.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

All our pallets are made to order. Once an order is placed and payment is made, we begin production immediately. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order is placed.

Exception — Damaged Product

We take quality very seriously. If your pallet arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Porter Delivery Charges

Porter delivery charges paid directly to the Porter rider are non-refundable as they are a third-party service.

How to Report Damage

Email bangalorepallets@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9350821981 with your order reference number and photos. We respond within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver only within Bangalore via Porter. We do not ship outside Bangalore at this time.

Production Time

All pallets are made to order. Once your payment is verified, your pallet will be built and quality-checked within 2–4 working days.

We dispatch via Porter. Once dispatched, Porter will contact you directly. Typical delivery time after dispatch is same day or next day depending on your location.

Delivery Charges

Porter delivery charges are not included in the product price. You pay the Porter rider directly at delivery. Estimated charges are ₹400–600 depending on your location in Bangalore.

Damage During Transit

In the rare event of damage during transit, photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours — we will resolve it promptly.

Order Tracking

We will notify you via email once your order is dispatched. Porter will share a live tracking link directly with you.
